Questions people ask first
Do I need to be there while Justin works on the car?
Not always. For a driveway or work-lot job, we sort out keys and access when we call you back. For a no-start or a diagnosis, it helps if you can be reachable by phone.
How do you price a job?
You tell us the car and what it’s doing. Justin calls back, asks the questions a mechanic would ask, and gives you the price before anyone drives out. If he finds something else once he’s there, you hear about it and decide before any extra work.
Where can you work on my car?
Your driveway, the lot at work, or condo and apartment parking where the property allows it. We check the spot when we call, so nobody shows up to a garage with a 6-foot clearance and a jack.
What if it can’t be fixed where it’s parked?
Then it goes to a shop we work with and we manage the job to the end. You don’t start over somewhere else, and you don’t explain the problem twice.
What areas do you cover?
Dieppe, Moncton, Riverview, Shediac and the communities around them. Not sure if you’re in range? Send your postal code and we’ll tell you.
